Movie Trailer: “Yes Man”
10 of February 2009
Seen since the divorce from his wife, Carl Allen (Jim Carrey) life by a cynical glasses. His sense of duty, accompanied the bank employee to work every day and then back to his TV. Customers who come with the desire for a loan to him, have predictably bad cards. Even his friends turned their backs on Carl as no longer appeals to him “gay” society. His best friend Peter (Bradley Cooper) is a loss. Carl is almost unrecognizable, he meets everything and everyone with an almost childish defensiveness. No, no, no, no, in most cases, this word is the key to shielding from the pesky outside world as quickly. Only when he his old friend Willie (John Michael Higgins) comes along, he can be persuaded into something that will change everything …
Willie has discovered the “yes-saying to himself. The newly gained perspective has become a big part of his life and drives him out into the world. Absolutely thrilled with it drags Carl into a mass event, speaks at the Terrence Bundley guru (Terence Stamp) is exactly this power of saying yes. Already in the first sentence of the “preacher” Carl regretted that he had come along wide strike. His striking disinterest in actually draws the white-haired Bundley. He approached Carl, looks him in the eye and strongly wants a hearing a willing “Yes”. Obviously Carl can not suppress his jokes – the Guru is serious. As of now, Carl will start to live and take any opportunity that will provide him with a “Yes”. Oddly seem to have eaten those very words in his subconscious. Whatever is offered to him, he should simply say “yes” and accept. Korean course invitations on bulletin boards, curious flirtation deals on the Internet, a daring bungee jump: Carl lives at once the contrast program to his previous life. One evening as he completely unmobil stuck at a park, therefore, out of nowhere, the pretty young Allison (Zooey Deschanel). She offers her help and asks if she can take him on a moped. Luckily, Carl also says “yes.”

Carrey in top formJim Carrey is the protagonist of this American film comedy, which is mainly determined by the representational power of the actor at a very special pleasure. As he was already in such films as “Ace Ventura”, “Dumb and dumber”, or “Me, Myself and” proved, its multi-faceted arts unique facial expressions. The frame tale in Peyton Reed’s comedy-turned resembles to some extent the story of “Liar Liar”, in which Carrey plays a lawyer who suddenly is no longer capable of lying. Now he is again compelled to act against his will when he is demoted to a “yes man”. Peppered with satirical approach and a slapstick performance is ripe, “Yes Man” is a film of the very special humor.
